At the Queens of the Stone Age Official Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If your order isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the merchandise in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are in their original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
